The suggested usage for fig warts from bottom of foot is to open capsules of Vitamin E 100 i.u. [international units] and apply to the sole of the foot. Soak two layers of cheesecloth or absorbent gauze with Carpenter’s Square Extract and lay this over the offending area, then cover this with plastic sandwich wrap and finally wrap a cloth around the foot to hold all in place. Repeat morning and night until corrected. Wash the area each time between applications and allow to dry before putting on a fresh application.<\/p>\n
