How it Works
Psyllium Hulls Combination provides bulk to the diet. The hulls absorb several times their weight in liquid. Psyllium has high amounts of soluble fiber that has a mucilaginous quality. NSP Psyllium Hulls Combination contains psyllium hulls, hibiscus flowers and licorice root in bulk rather than encapsulated form. Psyllium hulls may play an important part in helping the body support cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range.

Recommended Use
For adults:Mix 2 teaspoons in a glass of water or juice. For children 6 years and over: Mix 1⁄4 teaspoon in 1⁄2 glass of water or juice once daily. NOTE: May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
