Anxiety, panic attacks & Schizo

Anxiety is the most common mental illness in the United States, affecting 40 million adults age 18 and older, or 18% of the population, every year. Only 37% of those oppressed with anxiety receive treatment. People with anxiety are three to five times more likely to go to the doctor and six times more likely to be hospitalized for psychiatric disorders than those who do not suffer from anxiety.

1 in 6 Americans takes a psychiatric drug

Anxiety develops from genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events. Let’s be clear: anxiety has been and still is being healed by God and His resources, including herbs and ministry. You can learn ministry at home, in a group setting, or from a person trained to help facilitate you through the process.

We are thankful to God for creating herbs in Genesis. We are grateful to doctors and herbalists who took the time to determine which herbs to use for anxiety, panic attacks, emotional issues, and schizo issues.

Universal ER with Gorse | Hopelessness, anxiety herb

Universal Remedy with Gorse herbal combined is credited to Dr. Edward Bach, an English physician dealing with hopelessness. The remedy is taken faithfully, four times daily before mealtimes and bedtime. In this manner, relief is obtained, and an accumulating effect builds up so that one day, the person simply realizes they no longer need the remedy. If an anxiety attack occurs despite everything, put 12 drops in a cup of fluid and sip slowly until the feeling lifts.

B-Complex | Why are we sharing B-Complex info in this section on panic, anxiety, and schizo issues?

Because nerves are involved, your body has 100 billion neurons. They must have the nutrients needed.

This group of 12 vitamins, collectively known as the B-Complex, was meant to work together as a balanced team. Four of the Vitamin B’s can be made by the body itself.

The B vitamins also maintain the covering or insulation on the nerves, myelin, so that short circuits do not occur. Then, the nerves can monitor the body and coordinate its functions. Each of the vitamin Bs has specialty functions, and it is good to know what they are so you can recognize when a person is not getting enough of them.

We will consider some of their most established functions. A complete list would fill a good-sized book. That being the case, it is a good idea to ensure that you have a supplemental source of these vital compounds in your diet each day.
