Categories4th Bowel cleanse ALL ABOUT HERBS FOOD & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Normal bowel movements

The Bowel Cleanse is available in capsule or liquid. You should clean the excess parasites out of your body before cleaning your bowels.

Good bacteria can decrease the time waste products take to move through the digestive system—lack of proper digestion results in undigested food irritants. The suggestion is to take 40 to 80 drops of Sweet Root herbal extract as a digested, with meals, three times daily.

It is important to eliminate foods or substances that do not help the body nutritionally or that have the potential to adversely affect it. Avoid artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, NutraSweet, and saccharine-type sweeteners. Sweeteners like sucanat, sorghum, or golden-colored monkfruit sugar do not increase the glycemic index or cause weight gain. Even using local honey is a good source of sugar.

Acidophilus | Friendly bacteria help keep other microbes in the body in check. Unfortunately, all strains of helpful bacteria are often destroyed by antibiotics. However, supplementation can reintroduce them, helping to create an optimal balance. Acidophilus is a strain of Lactobacillus, a symbiotic, homo-fermentative, lactic acid-producing microorganism—a popular, friendly strain. This mild formula is ideal for those who want to introduce beneficial probiotics to the body. Each capsule contains a minimum of 100 million organisms, freeze-dried to maintain viability. Probiotics are well absorbed in the diet and can be taken between meals to maximize absorption. It is best if stored in a freezer or refrigerator.
