The immune system is incredibly complex—some call it the police system.
Unlike a vaccine, the best way to protect against viral affection is to regulate and strengthen your body.
Did you know your immune system is made from protein? If you want to strengthen your immune system, eat a diet high in protein and low in sugar. It doesn’t matter if it’s plant or animal protein, as long as adult women consume 50 g of protein daily and men consume 60 g of protein daily.

God’s design for the immune system
God created your body to be able to fight invaders. The average person develops one or two mutant cancer cells at least 200 times in a lifetime. Because you have a healthy immune system, the killer cells are active and in full volume. They recognize the mutant cells, viruses, or bacteria and attack and destroy them. God created your immune system to protect you, not to kill you.
In all autoimmune diseases, the white corpuscles decide that a part of your body is the invading enemy and needs to be destroyed.
Your spiritual enemy wants to destroy your immune system, which is your marrow. Your blood has its origin in the marrow. The T cells, macrophages, killer cells, and white and red corpuscles are found in the marrow.
Here are some ways satan tries to access your marrow.

- control your thoughts
- make his spirituality your spirituality
- get you to follow the law of sin
- create relationship breakups;
- stir up strife and promote conflict
- promote inappropriate reactions
- initiate verbal, physical, emotional,l and sexual abuse
- Speak to you in the first person, as though they were your thoughts, so you do not recognize them as being from your enemy.
If he can destroy your relationship with God, with others, or with yourself, then he has access to your immune system. Relationships are the foundation of the kingdom of God. The breakdown of relationships is not the kingdom of God.
